Mail Box Rental Requirements (Minimum 3-month agreement.)

Two types of identification are required: One must contain a photograph of the Applicant(s), 2nd ID Must contain the Address. 

Social Security cards, birth certificates, credit card and expired ID's are unacceptable. 

The agent must write in identifying information. Subject to verification. 

Acceptable Picture identification Card:

Valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification, Passport, Certificate of naturalization, Uniformed Service ID,

U.S. Access Card, Matricula Consular, U.S. Permanent Resident Card, U. S. University ID card,  Nexus Card.

Acceptable Address ID Card (Must Contain Applicant's Address):

Valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification, Home or Vehicle insurance policy , current lease,

mortgage or Deed of trust, Vehicle registration card, Voter Card.

A photocopy of your identification may be retained by the agent for verification.

 

Notary Public Fee is $15 Per Signature.
